このサイトでは下記のURLを重複していると考えているようでした。
(1) https://nekofes.github.io/
(2) https://nekofes.github.io/index.html

このため、canonicalを使用して正規ページを設定しました。
方法はページのhead部分に下記のように実装しました。

このあと、Google Search Consoleで検証ボタンを選択して、数日待ちました。

This site seems to consider the following URLs as duplicates.
(1) https://nekofes.github.io/
(2) https://nekofes.github.io/index.html

For this reason, we set the canonical page using canonical.
The method was implemented in the head part of the page as follows.
